Who do you work with?

Can you manage our infrastructure end to end?
Yes. Fully managed plans cover monitoring, incidents, upgrades, backups, security upkeep and monthly cost reviews, under an agreed SLA.
Can our own team run it after you build it?
Yes. Everything lives in your account and repo, with runbooks, training and a 30-day hyper-care period.
Do you need access to our cloud?
Read-only to start, with time-bound roles and an NDA. Write access only for agreed build work.
How do you price?
Fixed fees agreed up front for assessments and builds, and a monthly fee for managed plans and support. Infrastructure costs stay in your own account.
What don't you take on?
Application feature development, data science and model training. We stay on the platform those things run on.
